  • Provides 1st and 2nd level support on computer related issues for end users via telephone, e-mail and remote desktop control
  • Create and update technical documentation for IT staff and users per company standards
  • Provide training to end user as needed
  • Experience in office 365 exchange is a bonus
  • Various account creations throughout cloud services
  • Receive and respond to user inquiries, requests, and escalations via telephone, email, case tracking system professionally and with speed, accuracy, and proficiency
  • Assist in new clinic buildups
  • Test and Image desktop and laptops
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
  • Perform other duties as necessary


  • 2+ years technical support experience
  • Experience working with help desk ticketing systems
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Basic networking troubleshooting experience
