    The Regional Practice Manager is responsible for the operations of all ConvenientMD clinics in their region and directly oversees each clinic’s practice manager. We are currently hiring for the Massachusetts region.




    1. Directly oversee Practice Managers in their region.
    2. Meet regularly and work closely with COO and Director of Operations & Compliance.



    1. Ensure all operational policies and procedures are followed at the clinic level consistently across their clinics.
    2. For Practice Managers reporting directly to this role:
      1. Review the recruitment and staffing of employees by Practice Manager.
      2. Verify Practice Manager have adequately trained staff.
      3. Verify performance evaluations are being properly performed by Practice Managers.
      4. Ensure Practice Managers are completing and following an employee engagement plan.
      5. Assist Practice Managers on issued related to patient satisfaction and patient flow.
      6. Support Practice Managers in addressing performance and disciplinary issues.
      7. Ensure Practice Managers are engaged in their communities and actively promoting patient volume for their clinics.
      8. Support Practice Managers with provider engagement initiatives.
    3. Develop and maintain a schedule for visiting all clinics in the region.
    4. Ensure that all clinics are open and appropriately staffed during regularly scheduled hours and special events.
    5. Ensure that all appropriate IT and facilities requests are properly submitted and that clinics are aesthetically pleasing and consistent across clinics.
    6. Promote teamwork and collaboration, help ensure a positive productive work environment.
    7. Support morale and motivate practice managers.
    8. Perform project management duties as assigned.
    9. Consistently review clinic operations for process improvement.
    10. Ensure regulatory and compliance standards, as established by the Director of Operations & Compliance, are followed within each clinic.




    1. Create monthly Regional Clinic Operations Dashboard noting consolidated monthly results and key areas of focus and improvement.
    2. Create goals and timelines for project implementation and generate monthly reports tracking progress.




    1. Bachelor’s Degree
    2. Five years of experience, MBA, MHA, and CMPE are all preferred.
    3. Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate new and current staff.
    4. Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.
    5. Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
    6. Ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with peers and subordinates.
    7. Ability to accomplish required tasks without supervision.
    8. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
    9. Ability to utilize software, spreadsheets and word processors.
